Cancellation Policy
ALL NU’Topia Beauty Spa Appointments
💕 Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a 50% charge and forfeit their deposit.
💕 If you are a no call, no show for your appointment you will be charged 100% and you will forfeit your deposit.
💕 If you are 15 or more minutes late, and do NOT notify us, your appointment will automatically be canceled and you will be charged our 100% no call, no show fee, and forfeit your deposit.
‼️ You will also be asked to pay an additional deposit to reschedule‼️
